The Method
Four phases. One outcome.
This is not a gym membership. It is a structured pathway from where your body is today to where the role demands it to be.
Assessment
Before we build, we map.
Every engagement begins with a closed-door intake session. Movement screens, metabolic baselines, recovery capacity, and schedule constraints are mapped in full before a single session is programmed. Nothing is assumed. Everything is verified against the specific demands of your project.

Programming
The map becomes the terrain.
Your program is written in 48-hour blocks, not weekly templates. Film shoots shift. Tour dates move. The programming adapts in real time without losing structural integrity. Session frequency, load, and recovery windows are calibrated to your external calendar — not around it.

Transformation
Eight weeks. No spectators.
The compound operates with a maximum of four active clients at any time. No shared floors, no overlapping windows, no possibility of recognition. The work is dense, deliberate, and entirely private. Coaches hold NDAs. Facility staff hold NDAs. The results speak when the film does.

Maintenance
The trail continues beyond the compound.
Departure from the compound doesn't end the protocol. A remote maintenance program travels with the client — structured around hotel gyms, arena warm-up rooms, and whatever terrain is available on location. The physique built here is designed to hold under the conditions that come after.
